This Focus on Integrated Treatment (FIT)
online course demonstrates the role medication can play in the treatment of co-occurring disorders and addresses how behavioral health practitioners can help reduce the health risks many clients with co-occurring disorders face. zThis course provides information on common medications for clients with co-occurring disorders and presents strategies clinicians can use to help clients take medications regularly and ensure that they are working properly. Advice on how to help clients get the most out of their medications and work effectively with primary care givers is also provided.

4.5 CE hours may be earned upon successful course completion. CE hours can be applied towards a variety of IC&RC certifications, including CCDP and CCDPD.
