Hazelden's St. Paul, Minnesota facility, also known as Fellowship Club, was established in 1953 and provides residential and outpatient care for men and women, ages 18 and over.
The St. Paul campus provides a safe environment where adults can develop and enhance recovery skills. Both residential and outpatient services are provided on our campus which provides clients with the level of care that best meets their treatment needs. Hazelden's co-occurring treatment services include integrated mental health services provided by our on-site mental health clinic staff.
Whatever the level of care, we work with clients to develop a comprehensive, individualized recovery plan that best ensures a successful transition to a clean and sober lifestyle.

Adult outpatient treatment
Hazelden's St. Paul campus provides three outpatient treatment options: day treatment, intensive outpatient, and our standard outpatient program. Learn more
Mental Health Clinic
At Hazelden's Mental Health Centers, we offer a broad continuum of professional services designed exclusively to meet the unique emotional and mental health needs of individuals in recovery from alcohol, drugs and related diseases and their families. Learn more
Intermediate Care
A safe, home-like environment where adults can work on recovery skills while integrating back into employment and family. Residents live, work and support each other as they work on the skills needed to improve their capacity for a healthy, clean and sober lifestyle.
Recovery housing
Housing is available at Hazelden's St. Paul campus for individuals in Hazelden's intensive outpatient or day treatment programs. This allows patients to attend an outpatient program but still benefit from a structured living environment.
