Hazelden's St. Paul, Minnesota facility, known as Fellowship Club, was established in 1953 to provide a transitional living option for men leaving Hazelden's residential alcohol and drug treatment program. Today at Fellowship Club, Hazelden provides intermediate care for men and women, ages 18 and over, who have completed a primary alcohol and drug addiction treatment program.
Services at Fellowship Club
Hazelden's Fellowship Club campus serves as a Twin Cities recovery resource center. In addition to Fellowship's residential intermediate care program, we offer a variety of programs for adults and young people.
Adult Inpatient Intermediate Care
Fellowship Club provides a safe, home-like environment where adults can work on recovery skills while integrating back into employment and family. Residents live, work and support each other as they work on the skills needed to improve their capacity for a healthy, clean and sober lifestyle. We work with residents to develop a comprehensive, individualized recovery plan that best ensures a successful transition to a clean and sober lifestyle.
Adult Nonresidential Treatment
We offer two primary treatment programs available on a nonresidential basis that helps adults balance work and family obligations while receiving top-notch integrated clinical services for alcohol and drug addiction. The six-week programs include assessments and screenings, lectures, group and individual counseling work with Hazelden clinicians as well as a three-day stay at The Lodge Program in Center City, Minn. upon successful completion of the program.
- NEW Daytime Program – Meets 9 a.m. to Noon four days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday) for six weeks.
