Medallions are especially meaningful when they're customized. For a price that's comparable to off-the-shelf medallions, we'll customize one or both sides of a medallion with artwork, a photo, or text that you send us. In six weeks you'll receive your medallions in a beautiful antique finish of golden bronze.

The custom die we create for you (a die-cutting fee is required) can be used for five years, during which time thousands of medallions (also known as coins and tokens), can be struck from it. If you wish to order additional medallions after that time period, a second die-cutting fee is required.

Minimum Orders
We require a minimum order of 100 for the round medallions and keytags, and a minimum of 500 for the 3/4, square and oval medallions. Enameled medallions are available at an additional cost.

Order Processing Time
New orders generally take 5 to 6 weeks. Reorders take 3 to 4 weeks.

Die-Cutting Fee
All customized medallions require a die-cutting fee. You can choose to customize one or both sides of your medallion. The custom die can be used for five years, during which time thousands of medallions can be struck from it. Artwork
You can choose to customize one or both sides of your medallion. You can email text or artwork to custommedallions@hazelden.org (art should be submitted in JPEG format) or you can fax it to 1-877-642-5017. You will receive a quote for the die charges.

Incorporate Popular Medallion Messages
If you customize one side with your artwork or message, for your second side you can choose any message that is currently featured on a Hazelden medallion. The Serenity Prayer is the most popular message among our customers.
