About Your Recovery Coaches
We are your Hazelden MORE® Program Recovery Coach Team. We are licensed alcohol and drug counselors trained in relapse prevention and phone support. With over 30 years of combined experience in the chemical dependency field, we will be available to support you on this very important journey as you build a stable foundation for your recovery over the next 18 months. As you follow your continuing care plan and work through your recovery modules you may encounter road blocks along the way. Please know that you can reach out to a Recovery Coach and we will assist you through the difficult times.
A Recovery Coach will call you in your early recovery and we encourage you to contact us as well. You can contact us either by phone at 866-355-6673 or the MORE® push messaging system. As you work through the MORE® program, we will monitor your evaluations and assessments and call you if it appears you are struggling or need support.
We believe meeting the challenges of early recovery can be difficult, but also rewarding. We encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity to utilize all that the Hazelden MORE® program has to offer you. The MORE® module content was designed using evidence-based practices and will assist in bridging the gap between treatment and your recovery.
