Hope. Healing. Recovery. Results.
Setting the standard since 1983
Welcome to Hazelden's Plymouth, MN campus, part of the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, where we’ve been helping adolescents, young adults and families impacted by the disease of addiction for more than 30 years. Young people between the ages of 12 to 25 come to our campus to find freedom from drugs and alcohol and to restore hope. Our accredited and acclaimed programs are nationally recognized with experts and highly specialized staff to meet the developmental needs of young people.
We offer programs for parents and siblings because we know that drug and alcohol recovery is stronger when family members are educated and involved in the process.
Let us help you make a fresh start.
"Coming here saved my life. I don't think I would be alive right now had I not come here."
"I used to be a hopeless drug addict, and now I'm a drugless hope addict.
I find hope in everything. I never had hope before."
"Hazelden showed me that not only is hope possible, but I deserve it!"
