Fellowship Evaluation
The fellow and their supervisors will complete ratings scales with regard to performance at the end of 6 and 12 months of the training experience. Fellows will be rated on their level of competence in the areas of:

• Assessment
• Treatment intervention
• Consultation with the multidisciplinary team
• Professional issues
• Integration of research into clinical practice

Training Program Evaluation
The fellow will complete formal rating scales at the end of the training year to indicate their satisfaction with the training experiences, quality of supervision provided, education and research involvement, and clinical experience. The fellowship-training director will review the satisfaction ratings and take reasonable steps to address any areas of concern. It is expected that the fellow will provide feedback to their supervisors on an ongoing basis, concerning their needs and the extent to which the training activities are fulfilling their goals.
