Convened by the Butler Center for Research annually in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area, the Substance Abuse Research Forum meetings are open to the public and provide a unique opportunity for researchers to present their findings to practitioners and professionals from the fields of addiction treatment, drug abuse prevention, law enforcement, public health, public policy, and criminal justice.
