Orders that contain videos or software will qualify for lower freight cost for that item (one video $6.95, more than one video $4.50 each).
We reserve the right to refuse shipment of orders to a PO Box or by certain freight carriers based on the value of the order, final destination and ease of tracking.

International Orders (shipped outside the United States, APO, FPO, or Canada) Freight charges for most countries will be figured before you place your order. If they are not or you have a large order, you will need to call 651-213-4200 for a freight quote. Your order will be shipped the best method possible for cost and speed according to your method chosen. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International shipments are subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities. As the importer you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We may provide certain order, shipment and product information with our international carriers. This information may have to be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and to comply with local laws. Does Hazelden have distributors outside of the United States? When ordering and shipping outside the United States or Canada, you no longer have to go through the extra step of converting currency to U.S. dollars. Eurospan provides multi-currency ordering. To place an international Trade order you may contact Publishers Group UK using the following options: Returns If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, just return it within 90 days from the date of purchase, and we will cheerfully offer you an exchange, refund your money, or credit your account. Please include a copy of your invoice or your packing slip with the returned items. Products purchased as sets must be returned as a full set for credit to be given. To help us serve you better, please write a brief notes on the back our your invoice to explain why your are returning the materials. Also, please indicate whether you would prefer an exchange, an account credit, or a refund. Note: Freight changes are not credited on returns. Please ship your returns insured via any trackable delivery service to the address below. Delivery shortages or damage must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Special order products are not returnable and some products such as software are not returnable once opened. Products purchased as sets must be returned as full sets in order to receive credit.
