Hazelden's St. Paul, Minnesota facility, known as Fellowship Club, was established in 1953 and provides intermediate care for men and women, ages 18 and over, who have completed a primary alcohol and drug addiction treatment program.
Fellowship Club provides a safe, home-like environment where adults can work on recovery skills while integrating back into employment and family. Residents live, work and support each other as they work on the skills needed to improve their capacity for a healthy, clean and sober lifestyle. We work with residents to develop a comprehensive, individualized recovery plan that best ensures a successful transition to a clean and sober lifestyle.
Programs and services
Hazelden's Minnesota programs were awarded accreditation with full standards compliance by The Joint Commission on April 26, 2008.
