Instructions if you have a Hazelden Web account

How to change your email address:

1. To change your email address Sign In to our Web site and then ...
2. Click on "My Account" (which is found at the top of the screen, right of HAZELDEN)
3. Change your Personal Information as needed.
4. Click on "Apply" to save your changes.

How to unsubscribe online from Hazelden emails:

1. Sign In to our Web site and then ...
2. Click on "My Account" (which is found at the top of the screen, right of HAZELDEN)
3. Click on "Preferences" (at the left of the screen)
4. Click on the checkmark in front of those items you do not wish to receive.
5. Click on any others you would like to receive.
6. Click on "Apply" to save your changes.

Instructions for changing or unsubscribing your email address if you cannot Sign In to the site:

1. If you would like to change your email address, you must write to us from your registered email address or we cannot change it for you. Click here to tell us your new email address.
   
2. To unsubscribe from Today's Gift emails, click on this link to send us an email. 
   
3. If you wish to be taken off all Hazelden postal, email, and phone lists, click here. You must provide your complete name, address, and phone number.
   
4. Lastly, you can unsubscribe from Today's Gift by sending us a copy of your email through postal mail to E-list, Hazelden Foundation, P.O. Box 11, BC 14, Center City, MN 55012-0011. Please allow five business days for changes to take effect.

We are happy to send you an email with your Sign-In Name and re-set password. Just enter your registered email address (you do not need to know your Sign-In Name) on our Password Assistance page. For security reasons, if you no longer have access to your registered email address, we cannot send you this information.
