Meetings are open to the public and family members can drop in at any time. Topics include the brain and addiction, healthy boundaries, communication, family feelings, spirituality, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral techniques and detaching with love.

The meetings provide an opportunity for family members to share support and stories while learning about addiction and self-care.
