Join your colleagues for valuable addiction education and behavioral health training, designed specifically for police officers, firefighters, EMTs, crisis counselors, therapists and those working in the crisis community. Gain valuable insight into the preconditions and pathology of addiction and mental health disorders, recognize the signs of behavioral health stressors and how to apply safe strategies, discover healthy stress management techniques, and learn how to best connect those in need with the right support. Tom Farley Tom Farley

Tom Farley, brother of the late actor and comedian Chris Farley, uses humor to connect with his audience. Past president of The Chris Farley Foundation, a family charity dedicated to fighting substance misuse and addiction, he also wrote The Chris Farley Show biography detailing personal stories about his brother's successes and struggles with drugs and alcohol. Farley, a graduate of Georgetown University, uses comedy and improv as a tool to deliver messages of prevention and recovery.
Joseph Caravella Joseph Caravella, MA, LADC 

Joseph Caravella is a licensed alcohol and drug therapist at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation focusing on addiction, spirituality and recovery—and the neurobiology underlying all three. An esteemed lecturer, public speaker and educator, Caravella earned his master's degree in addiction counseling from the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies, where he later served as adjunct faculty. 
David Marion David Marion, NCRC, NCIP

David Marion, a Nationally Certified Recovery Coach (NCRC) and Nationally Certified Intervention Professional (NCIP), knows first-hand the struggles of opioid addiction (including a federal prison sentence) and what it takes to overcome obstacles and find hope, inspiration and freedom in recovery. Marion graduated from the University of South Florida and worked as a stockbroker on Wall Street before moving to sales and motivational speaking. Today, he uses his personal experiences as a motivational speaker to sharing messages of awareness, prevention and intervention around the country.
