Training Goal
The CDP Clinical Administrator's Training will help participants apply information and approaches within seven areas of organizational effectiveness to deliver the best possible services to patients with co-occurring disorders.
Objectives
- Discuss the philosophy and research behind CDP
- Interpret comprehensive guides to evaluate your program's operational effectiveness for treating patients with non-severe mental health and substance use disorders: the DDCAT (Dual Diagnosis Capability in Addiction Treatment) and the DDCMHT (Dual Diagnosis Capability in Mental Health Treatment)
- Identify system, program, and staff level issues and challenges for the development of integrated services
