The Grace of Aging NEW
Center City, MN
What would it mean to live in the world as a peaceful, loving, fearless, wise elder? We elders have capacity for creativity and emotional strength unequalled at any other life stage. Yet, swayed by social stereotypes and misled by our own beliefs, stories, and judgments, we can miss the extraordinary reality of our assimilated experience, strength and hope. It's our time to engage fully with what it means to honor this precious human life and evolve into spiritual maturity.
Elene Loecher is a spiritual director and mindfulness teacher with 40 years of experience leading retreats, including 31 years at the Dan Anderson Renewal Center. She has a private practice of spiritual direction in Minneapolis, MN.
