The prevalence of addiction is widespread in the workplace and crosses employees in all lines of work. How can employers recognize addiction and help their employees seek the help they need before it affects their work, their colleagues, and the company overall?

Learn about the prevalence of addiction in the workplace and how treatment centers can work with companies to help their employees and lower the cost of addiction.

Lee Peterson is the director of Payer Relations for the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. His team's responsibilities are centered around establishing and managing the foundation's third party insurance contracts that provide in-network access for millions of people nationally to access the organization's national recovery services. Lee has over 15 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, with the majority of his experience coming in the arena of third-party contract negotiations for Allina Health, Minnesota's largest healthcare system, but also has spent significant time in billing, network pricing, and Critical Access Hospital consulting for other companies.
