Ordinary Recovery: One Breath at a Time - NEW

Center City, MN

Dan Anderson Renewal Center Weekend Retreat

Please join us for a weekend of discovery and exploration cultivating mindfulness and recovery. Buddhism tells us that enlightenment is "nothing special," while the Twelve Steps say that spiritual awakening can be expressed in simple acts of kindness and service. In recovery programs, we are enjoined to "stay present" in order to grow; mindfulness gives us practical tools in this enterprise. Bill and Kevin teach from these perspectives, so each event is simple, unique and an expression of present moment awareness. Come and be with us in this joyful dharma dialogue.
