Susan M. Hoisington, Psy.D., L.P., is Executive Director Clinical Services. She earned her Master's in Clinical Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 1989, and her Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas in 1998.

She has been employed with Hazelden psychological services since 1989 and has expertise in treating co-occurring disorders, addiction and mental health issues across the full continuum of care. She is the former training director for the APA-accredited psychology pre-doctoral internship program and an adjunct associate faculty member of the Hazelden Graduate School of Addiction Studies.

Her areas of interest include:

• Differential diagnostic assessment
• Specialized clinical work with women's issues to include eating disorders and trauma issues
• Integrated treatment approaches for individuals with co-occurring disorders
• Psychological assessment and diagnosis (psychopathology, personality, neuropsychological screening)
• Psychotherapy (group and individual) to include working with adult survivors of abuse
