Hazelden Mental Health Centers are part of the internationally recognized Hazelden Foundation. Since 1949, the nonprofit Hazelden Foundation has provided quality treatment, education, literature and professional services for alcohol and other drug addiction and other addictive behaviors through centers in Minnesota, Illinois, Oregon, and New York.
