What to bring ...
- 3 or 4 days of comfortable, casual clothes such as slacks, jeans, tops, sweaters
- Exercise clothes: warm-up suit, sweats, shorts, tennis shoes
- 2 pairs of comfortable shoes
- Warm sweater and/or jacket
- Raincoat
- Hair care appliances and toiletries, no alcohol-based or aerosol products are allowed; no nail polish or polish remover
- Telephone calling card for outgoing calls
- Address book, stationary, stamps and a notebook
- Spending money -- approximately $30 to $40 per week for miscellaneous items
- Alarm clock, but not a clockradio
- Any necessary medication in prescription bottles with only one or two pills. Please DO NOT refill your prescriptions before coming to the facility
- A favorite pillow (optional)
- Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Cigars, pipes, and clove cigarettes are not allowed.
- Washing machines, dryers, and ironing facilities are available.
