Hazelden's Fellowship Club was established in 1953 and provides intermediate care for men and women, who have completed and alcohol and drug treatment program.

Twelve Step recovery has thrived here for 50 years. A comfortable porch for relaxation and fellowship. The woodwork and stained glass windows were redone to restore the original beauty. The library serves as a meeting place for residents and staff. The living room is a popular spot for relaxing and fellowship. The living areas provide a place where clients can continue their recovery journey.
