Continuing Education
Provider applied for CE approval from Minnesota Board of Social Work and National Association of Social Workers. Hazelden is a NAADAC approved provider, number 381. Five CEHs are available for attending each day. This program is cosponsored by the Hazelden Graduate School of Addiction Studies, which is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education for psychologists. Hazelden Graduate School of Addiction Studies maintains responsibility for the program. Five CEHs are available to psychologists for attending the Professional Day.
Limited Scholarships Available
Participants may apply for financial assistance to compensate for partial conference registration. Financial assistance will be provided based on demonstration of need and availability of funds. Priority will be given to individuals with no financial resources and students. For a scholarship application, please call 888-257-7810, ext. 4204.
Refunds
Refunds will be made if requested in writing two weeks in advance of the conference, less a $25 administration fee. No refunds will be made for requests postmarked, emailed, or faxed within two weeks of the conference.
