Continuing Education Hours
This training is approved for continuing education hours by: Minnesota Board of Social Work, Provider Number CEP 12;  NASW, National Association of Social Work, Provider Number 886341435, NAADAC, The Association of Social Work, Provider Number 381. 5.25 CEHs are offered for attending Friday's conference. 5 CEHs are offered for attending Saturday's conference. This program is cosponsored by the Hazelden Graduate School of Addiction Studies, which is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education for psychologists. Hazelden Graduate School of Addiction Studies maintains responsibility for the program.

Limited Scholarships Available
Participants may apply for financial assistance to compensate for partial conference registration. Financial assistance will be provided based on demonstration of need and availability of funds. Refunds
Refunds will be made if requested in writing two weeks in advance of the conference, less a $25 administration fee. No refunds will be made for requests postmarked, emailed, or faxed within two weeks of the conference.
