Heidi Wallace Heidi Wallace, MA, LPC, NCC, MAC, is the executive director of the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation's treatment centers in Oregon. As a master addiction counselor, Wallace has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings as well as private practice.
