The Inner Challenge: Identifying Beliefs that Block Recovery

Center City, MN

DARC 2020 Weekend Retreat

We work hard to be better people who live better lives. Yet our belief systems (opinions on inside issues) often compromise the benefits of those efforts and more importantly, contribute to distancing us from others. Join Fred Holmquist, Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation author, educator and 40-year addiction recovery professional, for the opportunity to take a refreshing look at examples of "the things in ourselves which had been blocking us" now, in sobriety.
