DARC 2020 Weekend Retreat

 

Our thinking, attitude and behavior around sleep, stress and food can affect our recovery from addiction. In this retreat, you will learn about a neuroscience-based meditation that can help your brain rewire past unhealthy patterns. You will learn how nutrition and stress impacts your ability to keep your recovery on track and how to redirect negative thoughts that are holding your back. You will leave the weekend with real-world tools you can use in your daily recovery.

Lisa Marini, CBHC, is a brain health coach, certified hypnotherapist, Neurosculpting® facilitator and an integrative nutrition health coach. Lisa is dedicated to bringing an understanding of the brain and the critical role it plays in every area of life, including addiction recovery, goal setting and stress relief. Marini founded her Brain Health Coaching practice with the mission to aid individuals in recovery, health, performance, relationships and personal development.
