Roadmap for the Journey: A Path for Couple Recovery

Center City, MN

This retreat is designed for couples impacted by addiction and will provide a blueprint to integrate individual recovery and wellness into the couple’s relationship.  The Couple Recovery Development Approach, created by Dr. Robert Navarra, is based on his research on couples recovery spanning over 15 years. Dr. Navarra leverages the highly respected Gottman research on predictors for happy and healthy relationships to establish a path to heal and strengthen a couple’s life together.

Integrating the two models provides a direction for establishing, or reestablishing healthy relationship behaviors that also include issues related specifically to couples impacted by problematic substance use or behavioral compulsions.  As a participant, you will receive practical tools as well as a roadmap forward with specific strategies to take home and further both your individual and couple recovery.
