The Mindful and Motivational Supervisor

This training will explore foundational clinical supervision theories as well as offer ways to blend mindfulness-based practices and Motivational Interviewing (MI) into the clinical supervisor/ supervisee relationship. This training will offer supervisors tools to create effective models of using MI and mindfulness practices as a basis for working with supervisees. MI and evidenced based mindfulness practices can provide a structure for supervisees, consistency, and theoretical approaches, all which are all needed aspects of learning at this developmental level.
