12 Core Client Sessions
The Core Program is made up of twelve unique sessions to help clients address life issues that are central to achieving successful recovery. Session topics are:

- Session 8: Stress and Emotional Well-Being
- Session 9: Skills for Reducing Stress
- Session 10: Negative Emotions
- Session 11: Anger and Communication
- Session 12: Relapse Prevention Basics
In addition to the 12 core sessions contained in this package, Living in Balance offers
25 additional sessions for recovery management and
10 sessions for co-occurring disorders.
All client materials are reproducible and provided on a credit card USB, allowing you to print and use only what you need. Also included with the Core Program is an audio CD of relaxation and visualization exercises. This unique component has been completely revised and re-mastered and is an ideal tool to begin each session.
Facilitator's Guide
Designed to help you deliver the Living in Balance treatment program to multiple clients at the same time, the facilitator's guide provides you with both the philosophical context for the curriculum and the practical, session-specific information you need to lead and assist clients in the recovery process.
